Hello šĀ Dear ones.
Iām writing to encourage your beautiful heart to recognize the playful nature of Life and the opportunity to be you. Andā¦ to mention/remind about the playful weekend coming up in a couple of days; a couple of beautiful opportunities.
The more present we become and connect with the reality of here and now, we begin to release tension and start to realize that Life isnāt nearly as serious as the mind (our imagination) can make it out to be. If youāre in a super serious space, thatās okay too, but letās see if we can invite some more presence and see that the seriousness is in āhow we seeā and not in the Reality of what Is.
Iād like to share a poem with you that I wrote some years ago, calledĀ The Playful One.
Ā POEM
The Playful One,
Is the design, for
why all things are alive.
Only seen beyond ideas of loss,
Nothing really ever dies.
Within, there is
this sneaky suspicion,
after the fear of an end, we
tilt our head back, and laugh
-with the sparkles of the night sky.
A cosmic joke
where we only fool ourselves.
Peek-a-boo, I thought I lost
something real about myself.
Once again, andā¦ again
Life keeps exposing a new beginning.
Letting die, all that was meant to end,
So I might see the brilliance
of what I’ve always been.
Naturally so,
This is the nature of every smile.
A gentle humor, discovered;
Eventually showing, it has all been,
Incredibly worthwhile.
If this discovery seems distant, then
simply, we are looking the wrong way.
This is not a destination, my friend;
It’s the allowing for your heart
to sing, dance, and play.
Cheers & Big Hug to You!
