Transformational Follow Up

Quote:As I see beyond the nonsense of a fearfully conditioned mind, I start to realize that life is actually a playground for all expressions of life to experience themselves more fully.”

I received some wonderful feedback on Monday’s newsletter and Tuesday’s live video, “Easy, Playful, Self Transformation” (video). People felt inspired, clear, and focused. This reminds me of the importance of allowing spiritual insight and wisdom to be expressed through our humanness, rather than just thinking about these beautiful things.

But as humans, we also want to express, create, and thrive within the experience of being alive. It’s like the realization that the game is just a game and the points don’t matter – a great relief for many. This insight doesn’t mean you shouldn’t play anymore, but it invites you to truly “play.”

As I see beyond the nonsense of a fearfully conditioned mind, I start to realize that life is actually a playground for all expressions of life to experience themselves more fully. And naturally, this experience is a growth opportunity, a depth opportunity, an opportunity to go on a great (albeit temporary) ride of a lifetime.

So, let’s get focused. Like, “Holy shit! How do I want to grow and play?” Sure, sometimes we find ourselves in what appears to be super shitty circumstances. However, what I’ve learned from my own tough experiences is that they contain profound opportunities to grow. They invite me to get radically honest about what’s important, where I’m cutting myself short, and to investigate how I can rise above the circumstance, rather than being a victim to it.

Yes, it can be hard, challenging, and scary. But you know what? I asked for an adventure, and this is that adventure. I asked for an opportunity to grow, and so do all other things that are alive.

As I write this to you, it feels like we get to grow together. I love that I can share these reflections with you. My soulful prayer is that it inspires you to honor your aliveness, your journey, and what deep sincerity resides in your heart!

Want to dive deeper, together? Below are some wonderful opportunities to do that, in the form of events, retreats, and online activities. Let’s go! 💪

Ohhh… FYI, I’ve been crazy business with preparing the launch of my most exciting project to date, which focuses on helping people thrive in both life and business.

One thing that would be super helpful, if you’re up for it, is to send me some written testimonials about how my work/sharing has touched your life. Be it my videos, events, writings, or retreats. Please send a photo if you can. I’d like to use your words as a way of informing people about the value we all create together. This can be super short or super long, and you can reply to this email.

Hugs!

Some Feedback about the Video & Worksheet (worksheet link below)

Wow! I’m so very grateful for this incredible gift. Truly, I cried while watching your YouTube video. I have just completed the worksheet. I found it really straightforward, and easy to complete, and I surprisingly didn’t feel overwhelmed. None of my list that I desire to change is a surprise, it’s stuff iv been wanting to change for ages! However, what I realized is that by writing it down ..and the triggers, etc, and an action plan for 30 days, I’m actually now feeling super inspired to change this stuff!

I am starting the 30 days tomorrow morning and again wish to thank you sincerely for offering this to me, I feel like I have learned more in the last few weeks of watching you than I have in years of counselling/self development.

Deep gratitude
Lev

How to Be… of Genuine Service?

Ahh, being genuine. It sounds so sweet. Yet, for many… we feel compelled to disregard being genuine and rather we try to be what we think the world wants us to be. In this Monday inSight Letter, let’s go beyond these silly illusions and come home to the real heart of what we are, and embrace the deeper opportunity we have – to be… of genuine service.

The “Money” Illusion; Transform Unconscious Beliefs

Are you even aware… of just how much your beliefs about money shape your experience with money? Well, it’s just like everything else in the journey of being human; the reality we experience is a direct reflection of our thoughts and unconscious beliefs. Maybe it’s time to take a look under the hood, and see why your experience doesn’t match your heart’s desires.

The Light that Heals All Wounds

Said so beautifully, in Rumi’s words… “The wound is the place where the light enters you.” In this inSight Letter, let’s explore this opportunity to allow the light in. Maybe, if we are open to it, we just might discover a beauty that melts our pain and inspires our hearts to love a bit more.

Wanting to Give Up; it’s too hard

Every journey towards something important or worthwhile will encounter moments when you want to give up. It’s okay to feel that way. But before you give up, let’s explore some other options that might preserve the heart and intention of what you’re trying to do, and bring clarity about how to move forward.
